Tach 1996 Throphy 1802 120hp

Hello,
Recently bought a 1996 Throphy 1802 with a 120 Force Outboard. The Tach doesn't work. My Seloc manual on Force outboards has no reference on where the tach is wired to on the motor and how one goes about checking it. Anyone have an answer. Would like to get it up and running soon Thanks:confused:
