Rebuilt the carbs, replaced the #2 coil (original was cracked), replaced all of the fuel lines, disassembled and cleaned the fuel pump and replaced the plugs. Built the cradle this morning and mounted the engine. Primed that bad boy and she fired right up! She seems to be running pretty good, won't really know until she is pushing the old Boston Whaler (you can see it in the background). She idles pretty well, breaks up a bit at high revs. I think it's because there is no load and she sat for years. Probably just needs to be run hard on the water! Let me know what you think, here's a link to the video I made this afternoon. http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/wu8R479J4HP8lvMuNTD2n1rxACC_C5lj0-7Kesb4X5g?feat=directlink
