Ran my 57 18 hp on the water for the first time today and it ran good, but felt weak. I'm know that the high rpm is 4800-5200 and it ran very smooth up to full throttle, I need to know how to check and make sure that I'm getting all the throttle out of it. I also need to know if there is a way to check the timing on it or is it fixed?
