trim removal

i have a 1989 johnson 120hp out board thats about to have a serious gun shot wound,,trim motor burned up and thought easy enough,,ha !,,just getting the old one off was a chore, had to remove it with a hammer and screw driver and break it around the screws, now one screw is out, one is broke off in the assembly ,not from hitting it,, ( gonna try an easy out ) and one screw, the back one that i cant get to with out removing the whole trim assembly which i have been unable to do,,all bolts are out ( i believe (and i have been unable to remove the roll pin at the top of the lift arm, any ideas,thoughts, sugestions, help, would be so greatfuly appreciated,,

Use the proper service manual, and go through the proper step,s. If you are going to try an eze-out, you may want to put 2 bullets' in that gun.
