My Father in law just put his boat in the water. He has a Mercury engine 225 EFI V6. We took it for a short ride it ran fine until he put it in neutral it startred to miss fire at first and then it reved up really high. Now every time we start it it revs up high until it is shot off. It seems like the throttle is stuck on but the cables are fine. What could be the issue?
