hi folks

I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I have a 84 140 mrec i/o. Last year she ran great at any r.p.m she was 160 degrees consitantly. I always have her professionaly winterized and did so last year. I store the boat inside.
My routine for getting her ready for the water is simple, tune up, change out drive and engine oil, pull outdrive and grease gimble and universals. After I completed all of this I started the engine with the ears on.
She is running way hot.
While i had the outdrive off I notice that the water ports were clear so I am not sure where to start. I also notice there is no water coming from the exhaust ports. usually there is warm water running out.

Any ideas on the best way to diagnose where the issue is.
