Hi all,
I posted a thread about this in J/E and not a soul responded, I am gathering it may have been the wrong category. Also have not found much on this so hope this helps someone else.
I am working on a 1962 Evinrude 40hp Lark IV (M#35530). Since there are some differences between years I tried to find wiring for my motor year and have so far had no luck but I did find the ones attached. Can I work off these?
Also I am a little bit leary of the gauge wire they say to use. For example they say to use 16g blue and 14g yellow for generator yet the old wiring that can off the motor looked like at least 10 gauge... any ideas on that??
Thaanks a bunch,
