Ya, take a garden hose and put it on the outlet for the hose and blow it back into the livewell.
If you let it go it will turn to goo in a couple days and probably smell bad for awhile, I am pretty good at forgetting to empty the livewell and very familiar with that smell.
Look in the iboats store, they probably have stainless strainers for your drain that will keep it from happening again.
