I can not figure out how to get my Volvo Penta engine and stern control into neutral to start and warm up my inboard engine. It is a Galaxie 2002 fish and ski boat model 2100. There is just a single control and seems to have no release to get the control into a neutral postion to be able to change rpm's of engine in a neutral potition. Starts ok in neutral and shifts fine into forward or reverse. I bought boat second hand and have no manual.
