Help! Tilt / Trim Cracked

Hey guys, I'm in need of some help. Went to take the boat out today and while doing my pre-test found out the tilt was not working. Looked back and found this lovely crack all the way down the assembly. Motor is a 2002 Mercury 125 saltwater edition. My questions 1) Will welding it fix it? 2) Where can I buy one if welding wont work? 3) How do I take it off to install the new one? Is it just the pins? Used the search button but could not find results. Thanks in advance.

your best bet is to splice your pump onto an old force ram. The Force ram that looks same is same. With all the trouble you are going to go through it doesn't make sense to do an inferior repair. If you can't find Force then expand your search to include mercury and mariner. There is no significant difference in the cylinder housing from 1988 through 2010.
