I have an '87 90HP outbd. The tilt piston will not move up or down. The trim pistons work fine in both directions. Have bled, numerous times, and installed new fluid with no results. Is there a separate relay for the tilt vs. the trim? I can hear the motor wind up as it reaches the point were the tilt piston should start moving but nothing happpens. I have applied excessive force on the piston with the manual valve open with no success either. Thanks.
