We use a long shaft 9.8hp for trolling. We seem to be having a lot of trouble controlling speed. When adjusting the throttle in small increments we don't alway seem to increase rpms. Other times the rpms seem to increase on their own. Is this correctable or just a regular symptom of these small outboards?
