Hi,
Just replaced the serpentine belt, air filter, fuel filter, and plugs on my 2006 115hp optimax engine. I get full rpm in neutral, but engine will only go to 3000 rpm under load. Any idea why? Idles fine and runs smooth. Just no top end under load. I changed all these items at once when my serp belt shredded.
