i have a 70hp johnson everude that is not getting full throttle on demad, i checked spark on all plugs, checked to see if each carb getting gas, seems working fine,

Check the following to begin with.
Compression on all cylinders
Spark (with a spark tester)
Fuel delivery
Spark plug condition.
Post results and we can all go from there.
A little history would go a long way as well. Has it always been like this ??
How long have you had the motor ??
recent service history ??
Does the RPM go up but you get no more speed ??
The more input you can give the better and more accurate your responses will be.
