I have a 1986 50HP Johnson Sea Horse and I believe I need to adjust the shift linkage. Right now it goes in forward and neutral just fine.
It grinds/bumps as if cogs are slipping when I put it in reverse.
Looking at other posts on this site. It sounds like I may need to adjust the shift linkage.
Please help with the measurements for the shift linkage adjustments if possible
