When I start my 9.9 it revs real high and then so low that it almost stalls. After about 5-10 minutes it smooths out and runs fine. I replaced the fuel pump (for other reasons) and that did not change it.
im not sure about the throttle sensor but i don't think it has one. how would i know besides looking for it. i can check monday when i go out to my boat.
