I recently purchased a 2002 178tc polar craft boat .Fuel tank is loaded with water, does any one know how to pull out syphon tube from fuel tank? It's seems to have flange on inside of tank. If so let it rip thanks:confused:

Re: polarcraft

There are lots of ways to get fuel out of a tank. 1) Siphon through the fuel tank filler. 2) disconnect the fuel line at the engine and pump it out. 3) Stick a hose down the filler and pump it out. No need to remove the siphon tube (whatever that is). You can remove the anti-siphon valve at the tank, replace it with a standard hose barb, extend the fuel line over the side of the boat and siphon the fuel that way. You cannot siphon fuel with the anti-siphon valve in place.
