Roller Bracket placement...front/middle/back, top/bottom where should I put it?

I just finished painting my trailer, and I'm putting it back together.

Wondering where I should put the roller brackets and what the benefits would be of either position.

It appears that originally the brackets were in the middle lower hole of the mounting piece [you can see where it was in the first pic] I just put it there for reference.

When I got the boat and the trailer, the brackets were in the front top mounting hole. [see the second pic]

Where should I put them, and what will be the benefits of any choice.

Should I stick them where they were originally, where they were when I got the trailer, or should I just put them on the back holes and ignore everything else all together? :)

Thanks for the help!

Anyone?

I plan to put the boat back on the trailer tonight, and just trying to figure out the best placement for the smoothest ride and the easiest loading and unloading.

Or does the placement really just not matter all that much?
