Well, here goes. First, hooked up boat to garden hose, started her up and ran rough at first. After 30-45 secs the idle smoothed out for about a minute, then it started to pop out the exhaust about every 20 secs. Did that for a couple of minutes, then cleared up. Took it to the lake, idled out past no wake zone and showered down on it to get on plane. It felt like it was only running on two cylinders, like plugs fouled out. All of the sudden it cleared up, started hitting on all four and jumped up on plane. Almost immediately the alarm went off. Good water out pee hole,pretty warm, but not scalding hot. Oil resevoir full and plenty of smell in exhaust. Get it back home ,hook up hose, flush until cool. Turn key on, alarm still sounds, running or not. Everything seems ok as far as water pump and oil injection. Any suggestions?Thanks in advance for your help.
