inboard first run

I know not a lot of people in here run inboards but wanted some opinions if I can get them. I took out my 1988 Ski Supreme for the first time this past Saturday. At WOT she was 2100 RPM, and 38 mph. The mph is not GPS btw.

Sound right?

It is a 19' with a 351 Windsor. closed bow.

Not even close. Either your guages are way off or you are extremely overpropped.

well also figured out after the boat was trailered had over 50 gallons of water in the hull. Ballast plug not in.
