help with a 55 hp

i am workn on a 95 model 55hp yamaha 2cyl, it is only runnin on 1 cyl i have done everything cleaned carbs and new plug but still no bottom cylinder tried switching the carbs also with no change please help

What is the compression and is there good spark on both cylinders?
Have you checked you fuel pump to see if it was leaking fuel into the crankcase?

havent got any compression readings ,but yes good fire, havent checked for fuel pump just checked at carbs and has plenty of gas going to carbs

thanks for the advise found excatly what you said fuel pump diaphram was bad once again thanks alot
