Hello all. I'm getting a 16 ft. starcraft from a buddy of mine. Does anyone know the passenger capacity and passenger weight rating on this? We have had 3 people out crabbing and it did fine. all aluminum boat.

By law that data should be on a plate inside the boat. If the plate was removed, give us the year and model and we can look it up.

What model of Starcraft. If it's a rowboat I'd say 3 is max but if it's like mine a 16 ft bowrider then the following might help:
Weight capacity 1500lbs
Persons 7
Max Horsepower 85
this is what I can read off of my coast guard capacity plate on the side of my boat.

I think the starcraft guys have a specific forum on here. Show them a pic and they will tell you.
