I have been trying to get a mid 60's Mercury kiekhaefer 65 hp four cyl running . Model number 2120015 . It is on a 16 foot mohawk boat I believe it to be the original set up . It was left behind at a camp my brother in law purchased . The fire order says 1324 , my question is do you start at the top and go down or bottom up when the engine is mounted? It would not start top down but reversed it started right up . Am I doing this correct?
