hello-my 2003 90 h.p. mercury is blowing alot of white smoke from the exhaust.could this be from the ethanol in the fuel?i just installed a fuel/water separator and i thought this might help,but it doesnt.it also bogs down and stalls when i engage the engine from the choke position.any ideas?thanx
