Have a 06 9.9 4 stroke with stalling problem. Rebuilt the carb, changed out all fuel lines from the tank to engine. Stalls when bringing down to idle. Starts and runs fine at dock but after running under load for awhile has issues. Rpm's at higher speeds tend to drift around also.
