Can't determine what year my 25hp Johnson is,

the model and seriel number are corroded off. I followed direction in other threads with no luck. The numbers on the side of the power head is R8226477. I think it's been rebuilt because the number doesn't co-inside with any numbers I've found on this forum reading other threads. The number on the carb is 432698. I couldn't get the year from this either. The only other two numbers I could find on the power head are 326713 A and 331292. The engine runs great I'd just like to know what I have so I can do the maintanence on it.

I went to older threads and couldn't get a link to Dock talk as the threads instructed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
