Got an '04 150hp Yamaha that runs great for a while and then choke down as though not getting fuel. Can pump the throttle or hit the choke to keep it running at higher speeds, stalls at low speeds. Problem randomly occurs and then goes away for a while. If running full throttle, usually no problems until I start backing off the throttle. Checked fuel lines, filters, tank, all good....
