3.0 water in oil question

ok, 2006 3.0 liter gm engine with volvo outdrive, on stingray boat, water in oil,no visable leaks, a year ago freeze plug blown but ran boat all of last season, noticed oil when changed this spring, changed oil ran about an hour and water in new oil, block, manifold, give me some help

Freeze plugs blow for a reason. Guessing the boat wasn't winterized and the block is cracked.

no doubt was not winterized properly, just wondering if it is most likely block or possibly manifold

You could pull the manifolds and have a look. You are going to have to pull them anyways when you pull the engine to swap the block for one that is not cracked. The plugs popped and so did your block; sorry, no way around it.
