I have a 1992 evinrude v4 120hp outboard. The motor runs good for a while then starts to run rough and bogg down. i am losing spark to one side of the motor. i take the cover off and mess with the wires and most of the time the spark returns and it runs fine. will keep happening. Where should i start?
