110 evinrude bogging down

:mad:vro 110 1986 worked fine all day 5200 rpm did some slow trolling then opened it up worked good then at the end of the day did some trolling then i shut down and drifted when i started it up only give me 3000rpm full throttle fuel blub has hard any ideas

check compression should be approx 100 psi and even on all cyls check spark should jump 7/16" gap on all cyls with a strong blue flame...a real snap what do the spark plugs look like

plugs look good have to go buy a compression gauge .

spark plugs look good spark going to every cylinder compression tested 3 cylinders are 90 one is 65 psi

that's not good... its time for a rebuild... the pressure difference between cylinders should be +-10% good luck

A 25 psi difference between the highest and lowest cylinder reading is not a good sign.

Remove the cylinder head in order to inspect the pistons, cylinder walls, head and block sealing surfaces, and in particular the head gasket.

Hopefully you simply have a failing head gasket. Let us know what you find.
