Changing lower unit seals 96' 75HP Force?

I went to change the lower unit oil in my 1996 75 hp Force and found water in it. I ordered a new seal kit and have started to replace them but I am now stuck. Can anybody tell me how to remove the water pump base assembly under the the impellor face plate? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Can anybody help? How about the bushing on the shift lever? I would like to replace the seal and o-ring there also. Are there special tools involved? I have access to a machine shop at work so I can have just about anything made. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
