I have a 150hp evinrude direct injection. the last time I used the boat
the shift in gear really loud. I change the prop it is still shifting loud. do you
have any ansewers.

More description,
what is the idle rpm in the water.?
If its high it will make for hard shifting.
Mine idles around 750, shifts easy.
