My 115hp OceanPro starts and idles fine, but when the hammer is pushed down it coughs and spits and will not get up on plane. I also noticed some fuel leakage around top gasket of fuel pump assembly when I squeeze primer bulb pretty hard. The weird thing is that this was an intermittent problem and recently has gotten worse. Most boatyards aroung here are too busy to look at it any time soon.
Does any one know if there's a pump rebuild kit out there. I haven't found one yet.
