I'm new to the outboard motor stuff and can't figure our what this hose is for. Maybe this is part of the water coolant? If anyone can tell me what this is for and if I really need to fix it or just let it go. I tried to follow the hose and it goes into the front of the engine just below the carbs. I marked it with a red arrow. Thanks!
