rewind spring for 9.5 need help

hello im looking for a rewind spring for my 9.5hp s/n 9622A and
model # E01713

Does anybody know where I can get one. and the part number?

Part number 314587. Go to http://shop.evinrude.com/ and follow the prompts to a 1968 9.5hp (as far back as they go). But not to fear, the 1968 starter is the same as your 1966. Hope you have $$.

Are they expensive? I'm used to the top mount starter springs costing $10 or so.
