Hello!
I have a Honda BF90 -1997 4 stroke with water in oil. Have replaced the oilpan gasket, powerhead gasket and cylinderhead gasket. When running in tank, no leak. When running in sea for 10 min, the oil is grey. 1-2 table spoons of clean water running out of the drain plug before the grey oil comming. Anyone know if there is a easy way to pressure test the coolingsystem for leaks/cracks?

Best regards

Hi,
I m sorry to say your block is corroded. Check the undercase gasket (top gasket) and you will find cylinder block web eaten up. Good weldwork will solve the problem.
stay cool and get it done. Since you are doing it will need to purchase a gasket and get the area welded and scraped for flatness to avoid leak.
