I have a 1990 mercury 90 horse, and it has the oil injection on it.
I had to take the oil pump off, now I am ready to bolt it back on. My question is, the knob type deal that turns in and out on the back of these that fits into the crankcase, does that need to be screwed in or out, or do I just put it on there however?
My manual doesn't explain that so was just wanting to get it right. Thanks
