I'm hoping to run my new (to me) '95 Evinrude 90hp looper for the first time this weekend. This is actually my second VRO motor, however I removed the VRO on my other one before I ever ran it. This time, I've decided to get with the times and am going to run the VRO/OMS system.
My question is...
There is a primer bulb on the oil line. Should this be primed every time I use the boat?
