Just bought 12 ft Jon boat (1988 model) that has 3 flat seat mounts,
each one attached by 4 bolts. All were loose and I managed to tighten all but
one which had totally lost the nut and is just loose. Apparently these mounting plates were installed before the cross members were rivited in otherwise there is no way to get any kind of nut inside of the cross member.
Any ideas how I can fix it?
