I've got a '73 Evinrude 65 hp that I just put new carb kits in. I also put the OEM recommended plugs in. It's much better at low idle even though it requires manual choke to start, but the top end just kinda' diesels. RPM's are up and down. No high end power. Are the high speed jets replaceable and where can they be purchased if so? Thanks. On Evinrude's site they show a parts list showing an orifice in for high and low speed. Are they the same thing?
