Welcome!

Are we talking about a lot of fuel...or just some small drips one in a while?

Fuel coming out of the carb implies the needle is not seating or is worn out and/or float is out of adjustment. If it is a cork float, it may be saturated.

I think your're on the right track!

When the fuel comes out does it keep running normally or what happens?

And I have the parts manual for that model. If you'd like it, send me a PM with your email and request.

And welcome to the iboats forum :)
