I am trouble shooting my motor and I need some advice on what part needs replacing. I crank up the motor and put my multimeter on AC and put the red lead on the yellow and black lead on ground. On one of the yellow wires I get 10. vac. On the other yellow I get only 1. vac. I can rev up the engine and the yellow wire that was reading 10.vac drops to 1.vac. The other stays the same. The motor seems to run good so far. I believe the yellow wires is to recharge the battery and the trigger fires the power packs.
I pulled the flywheel off and looked at the stator and nothing looked bad. The magnets were out of wack a little but that probably happened when I was removing it. I tested it again after reinstalling the flywheel and the test did the same as above. I dont want to buy a stator and it be something else so if you know what it could be please let me know. Thanks Rusty
