Running/anchoring Lights wont work

I have a 22 ft Grady white and can not get the lights to work(running/anchoring light)
Any suggestions would be welcome

Ayuh,... Follow the wires,... They need Power,+ a Ground path...

And a couple of good bulbs as well as a functioning fuse.
