i have a 1989 johnson 110hp with the vro pump. it is leaking on the fuel side from the diaphram. i have inspected the whole pump and it looks fine. the diaphram looks fine as well. i cannot figure out why it is leaking. so my question is should i rebuild the pump with a kit or should i replace it with a non vro pump and mix myself? if i do replace it can someone tell me what pump to replace it with? thanks joel

Replacing Vro pump

You can use any of the following 3 line pumps
replace, that was a pump is known for oil side failure.

0385784, 0395712, 0398385, 0433390, 0438559 these are all BRP pumps, there is not an after market pump. You have fuel inlet, fuel outlet, and the pulse fitting, that was used from the Vro pump you will have to make a bracket to mount it on.

Double posting is not welcome on iboats. it only confuses you and the readers.
