Re: honda weight

I am not RedSky, but this is pretty simple ringo, and I sure hope you don't take offense to the simple answer.

If you type in "Honda outboards" into the Google search engine, the results will undoubtedly bring up Honda outboard motors.
From there, look for a page from Honda motors....outboard or marine should get you there.

Once inside the Honda pages, navigate yourself to the models. Find the model your looking for.
This page will give you a full rundown on the specs for the various models.
Bingo......now you have your weight.....and perhaps a bit of knowledge thrown in for good measure.

Most boats, save for very old and delapitated ones, have a US Coast Guard capacity plate rivited or bonded to the inside of the hull.
Usually, near the transom and usually on the port side.
That plate will tell you the model of your boat and the rated maximum horsepower capacity.

It's a pretty good idea to stay at or below this rated capacity.
Too much power can stain your britches....
