Hi am new to this. Have a 60 hp vro johnson 1990. Has not run for 3 years but ran fine when I put it away.Switched to my sons boat with all the same controlls and oil tank. It started up and idled fine, drove out of the harbour and it would not throtle up. It just bogs down . After sevrall attempts the overtemp went off. Any suggestions.
