The trim motor runs but won't lift the motor up. The two small cylinders work up and down but the large cylinder doesn't engage to the up position. If you manually lift it up, the motor will pull it back down but it will not push the motor up. Does anyone have any ideas as the problem this may be. Thanks in advance.
