The dash seems like an odd place for it. I'd think the switch would be in the cabin near the galley. Mine (Chris-Craft) is next to the 'AC' switch panel.
An e-mail to Searay might pay off, as well as a visit to a Searay-specific owner's forum.
OK then, go to the sea ray web site, archives, manuals, you just have to click on your year and model and "it should" spit out a full copy of the owners manual.
