Seeking a good source of folks to be our marine engineer aboard our 100 foot motor vessel. Planning extensive trip from Calif. to east coast and onto med - years of travel - so we think our engineers may need to come/go along the way. Any advise on how to find the right guy/couple would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
