Help with carb!!!

Me and my buddy rebuild my carb and everything is great but now we can't figer out the linkages... can anyone help... maybe a pic of your carb and linkages... My motor is a 1981 johnson 25hp seahorse.
any and all helpwould greatly be appreciated... thanks
